Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern, high-performance websites and web applications. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.
  • Work across front-end technologies including React, , HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
  • Build and maintain back-end systems using , Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, user-friendly digital products.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and version control using Git.
  • Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage ongoing updates for partner agencies.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , , HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind.
  • Experience with one or more back-end frameworks: , Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to clean, scalable code.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote, collaborative environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean.
