Role Summary

The
Account Officer, Retail Sales
plays a key role in driving the organization's retail growth strategy by acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting the company's suite of financial products and investment solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and target-driven, with a strong passion for helping clients achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new retail clients and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and superior service delivery.
  • Promote ARM's investment, savings, and wealth management products to individual and small-business clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets within designated timelines.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments to match clients with suitable investment products.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance insights to management.
  • Support marketing initiatives, client events, and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    retail sales
    ,
    relationship management
    , or
    financial services
    .
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a high sense of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
