Job Summary:

We are seeking a
creative, data-driven, and mission-oriented Social Media Strategist
to lead our digital communications and brand storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement across digital platforms, and crafting compelling narratives that amplify our impact and connect with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive
    digital marketing and social media strategies
    aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and grow the organization's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, edit, and publish
    engaging multimedia content
    (graphics, videos, blogs, and campaign materials) that align with brand voice and advocacy goals.
  • Design and execute
    targeted digital campaigns
    to boost brand visibility, donor engagement, and community participation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive insights and improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, design, and nonprofit communications.
  • Manage online reputation and audience interaction, ensuring prompt and professional engagement with followers.

Requirement/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years' proven experience
    in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing (preferably in the nonprofit or advocacy sector).
  • Strong skills in
    graphic design, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in tools like
    Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting impactful and persuasive content.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience engagement, and digital campaign management.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
