**Role Title: Managing Director, Pensions

Role Overview**
We're seeking an accomplished and visionary Managing Director to lead a licensed Pension Fund Administrator (PFA). The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring sustainable profitability and superior client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the organization's strategic vision for growth and market leadership.

  • Oversee operations across investments, benefits administration, contribution processing, and ICT.

  • Manage overall profitability, ensuring efficiency and financial sustainability.

  • Drive business development, client acquisition, and retention strategies.

  • Lead risk management and compliance efforts in line with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with the Board to set and execute investment strategies.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration.

  • MBA and relevant finance certifications required.

  • Minimum of 15 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 12 years in financial services and 8 years in senior management.

  • Proven success in scaling businesses and driving growth in financial or pension sectors.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

  • In-depth understanding of pension fund operations and regulatory frameworks.
