You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with donor and statutory requirements, and provide strategic financial insights that support HEDA's mission and programs.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records in line with GAAP & International best standardsPrepare budgets, financial statements, and donor reports.Manage project & donor funds per NGO standards.Handle taxation, statutory deductions, and remittances.Conduct financial analysis and prepare periodic reports.Oversee disbursements, payroll, cash flow, and ledgers.Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.Provide financial input for proposals and project planning.Collaborate across departments and perform other assigned duties.RequirementsB.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ICAN/ACCA added advantage).3–5 years relevant experience (NGO experience preferred).Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation, and fund management.Skilled in donor reporting & financial analysis.Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software.Integrity, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
