Amdari is looking for a Growth Marketer to help scale our reach and impact You'll lead creative and data-driven marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain learners across digital channels.

About your Role:

  • Plan and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through CRM and funnel management.
  • Create and execute content and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data to improve ROI and campaign results.
  • Support program innovation through learner insights and market trends.
  • Build and manage partnerships that amplify Amdari's brand and mission.
  • Host live sessions and social campaigns to boost awareness and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, growth, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
