Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of multiple architectural and interior design projects. This role oversees project planning, financial management, execution, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring project outcomes align with quality standards, client expectations, and internal delivery processes.

The role also drives the adoption and optimization of project management systems across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the bidding, tendering, planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple interior design and construction projects.

Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and satisfaction.

Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and vendor negotiations.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Mentor and supervise multi disciplinary project teams, including site engineers, foremen, and administrators.

Ensure project documentation, reporting, and approvals are properly managed. Also ensures executive management is kept up to date about project health status and provides data and information to aid strategic decision making at executive level.

Resolve technical or contractual issues that may arise during project execution, and escalates issues that are potentially disruptive to the project in a timely manner.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification is an advantage.

Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in managing construction or interior design projects with a leadership/project management position in at least 2 major fit out projects within the past 5 years.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and demonstrates a deep understanding of project management techniques, documentation and controls.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
