  • We are seeking a skilled and an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a vital role in shaping the company's brand reputation and building a vibrant online community.
  • The individual is responsible for developing and executing highly effective digital marketing strategies, managing all digital assets, and building a vibrant and engaged online community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement online marketing strategies using various digital channels.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to identify target audiences and marketing opportunities.
  • Create Content: Produce engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and ads for different digital platforms.
  • Manage Campaigns: Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (like PPC) and organic search strategies to increase visibility.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics, understand what works, and report on return on investment (ROI).
  • Optimize Platforms: Improve user experience and performance of websites and other digital platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Content Marketing: Creating and managing various forms of content to attract customers.
  • Social Media Marketing: Developing and managing a brand's social media presence to engage users.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Managing paid advertising campaigns on search engines and other platforms.
  • Data Analytics: Using tools to analyze website traffic and campaign performance, such as Google Analytics.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • years of work experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and website management
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and website analytics tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and keyword research.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEM campaigns.

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CMS (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content development, including writing, editing, and curating engaging and shareable content. Yes Solid understanding of website management, user experience (UX), and responsive design principles.
