About the Role
Zirotrip is expanding its sales force and seeking energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to convert leads, promote visa packages, and drive branch revenue. If you're great at communication, sales conversations, and social media engagement — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming leads into paying clients through strong communication and follow-up.
- Promote Zirotrip packages (Study, Work, Tourist, Family Relocation).
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries on Zoho.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in marketing or sales (real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Social media savvy and comfortable with digital tools (Canva, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Must be target-driven and confident.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
- Assist in running campaigns, promotions, and outreaches.
- Collect testimonials, reviews, and client success stories.
- Support brand visibility activities within Ibadan.
- Attend to walk-in clients and WhatsApp/email inquiries.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date visa information.
- Follow up consistently to close pending leads.
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling ability.
- Social media savvy (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Basic understanding of travel/visa processes (training provided).
- Must be target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
