Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The role also includes maintaining an updated client database, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the team for continuous process improvement and additional training to enhance product knowledge is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Proven ability in Sales and achieving targets
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring peers is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good organization and time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Sales or Communication are advantageous
