Role Description
As the Floor Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer experience, and coordinate all in-store activities. You'll manage staff performance, track sales, and maintain the energy and excellence Okunriin is known for.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all floor operations and staff performance.
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and attention.
Manage store stock, displays, and cleanliness standards.
Track daily sales performance and generate operational reports.
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brand management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Energetic, proactive, and passionate about self-care and grooming.
