3D Designer

Role Intent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating immersive 3D visualizations, stage designs, event spaces, and brand activations.

This role requires a strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and lighting to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualizations & Event Design

• Develop 3D renderings and mock-ups for experiential marketing activations, stage designs, and branded environments.

• Create detailed event layouts, exhibition stands, and spatial designs for activations.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, client objectives, and user experience.

Concept Development & Ideation

• Work closely with strategists, creative teams, and event producers to develop innovative design concepts.

• Translate creative briefs into high-quality 3D models, textures, and lighting setups.

• Create presentation decks and mood boards to support pitch proposals.

Technical Execution & Production Support

• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and production-ready files for fabrication teams.

• Collaborate with architects, set builders, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs.

• Provide on-site supervision when needed to oversee event setup and installations.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on 3D design trends, new software, and experiential marketing innovations.

• Experiment with new visualization techniques and rendering tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably in experiential marketing, events, or brand activations.

• Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray).

• Strong spatial awareness, material knowledge, and lighting techniques.

• Experience in technical drawing and understanding fabrication processes.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced projects.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills.
