Position Overview:
As a Consulting Account Associate/Analyst, you will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to support the delivery of consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to support project objectives.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Report Preparation:

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
  • Create visual aids such as charts, graphs, and tables to present data effectively.

Project Support:

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and client interactions.
  • Track project progress and assist in managing timelines and deliverables.

Client Engagement:

  • Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal team members.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
