Role Overview

We are looking for
Sales Managers
to lead and grow teams of
International Sales Representatives
.

You will be responsible for
recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating
your sales reps to identify new clients, reach decision-makers, and close deals for our digital marketing services.

This is a
fully remote, commission-based leadership role
— ideal for ambitious professionals with strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

· Recruit, train, and onboard International Sales Representatives.

· Supervise daily sales activities and ensure reps follow company strategy.

· Support your team in lead generation and client outreach via LinkedIn and email.

· Ensure weekly performance reports are completed and submitted on time.

· Coordinate with the International Sales Manager for strategy updates and training.

· Review client feedback, help close deals, and motivate underperforming reps.

· Maintain team discipline, performance consistency, and productivity.

Compensation

·
Commission-Based (Recurring Income):

o   Earn
$60/month per client closed
by any of your team members.

o   Commission continues
as long as the client stays subscribed.

· Example: 10 clients closed by your team =
$600/month passive income

(and it grows as your team grows and performs).

Requirements

· Proven experience in sales or sales leadership (remote experience preferred).

· Strong communication and motivational skills.

· Ability to train and guide a distributed team.

· Reliable internet connection and ability to use Slack, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

· Familiarity with CRM tools such as Tomba, Hunter, or Apollo is a plus.
