About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Audit Officer with 3-5 years experience to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will support audit reviews across operational, financial, compliance, IT, and risk areas within the Payment Service Bank environment. The candidate is expected to play a critical role in strengthening our internal control framework and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements across business units
  • Assist to perform tests of controls, walkthroughs, and substantive procedures.
  • Support IT audit procedures, including access controls, change management, and system configuration checks.
  • Support internal investigations or special reviews as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years relevant experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Risk/Compliance—preferably within fintech and banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, risk-based auditing, and control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), data analysis tools, and digital banking processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analytics.
  • Intelligent, excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
