UI/UX Design Tutor

Location: Remote

Are you a passionate UI/UX designer who loves to teach and empower others? We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Tutor to guide and mentor the next generation of design talent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group instruction, offering constructive feedback on student projects, and helping them build a standout portfolio that gets them hired.

If you enjoy breaking down complex design concepts like user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems into digestible lessons, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct engaging and informative tutoring sessions for students of varying skill levels.

· Provide detailed, actionable feedback on student work, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

· Guide students through real-world projects to help them build a robust and professional portfolio.

· Teach and mentor on industry-standard tools such as Figma,

· Cover the end-to-end design process, from user research and persona creation to usability testing and hand-off.

· Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

· A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design process and finished work.

· Previous tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience is highly preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the patience and ability to explain concepts clearly.

· Proficiency in Figma is a must; experience with other design and prototyping tools is a plus.

· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Salary expectation: 250k
