The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing relationships with enterprise-level clients. They play a crucial role in understanding client needs.

Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, understanding their challenges, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Solution Presentation and Consultation: Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and consultations, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of client needs with product capabilities.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the client and the company.

Industry and Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.

Role alignment with Organization's goals: By understanding and addressing the specific needs of enterprise clients, the Enterprise Sales Representative contributes directly to the company's goal of becoming a leader in providing comprehensive, cutting-edge IT solutions that drive business success.

Qualification required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise-level environment.
  • Professional certifications in sales or relevant technology fields

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and enterprise-level sales processes.
