  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Identify and evaluate reliable vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of items to all locations.
  • Ensure there is no stock-outs and over-purchasing of materials.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and QHSE compliance in procurement activities.
  • Maintain proper procurement documentation, approvals, and cost tracking.
  • Analyze procurement data and present reports on spend, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP, ISO and offshore logistics standards.
  • Oversee procurement budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and risk mitigation for offshore and onshore operations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with QHSE, Finance and Operations teams to align procurement with project needs.

REQUIREMENT

  • HND/B.Sc in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years in procurement, preferably in catering, hospitality, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Certification in CIPS or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Proven negotiation, cost management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel and procurement management software.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
