Role Overview
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and trusted aide to the Chairman & MD. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the smooth running of both professional and personal affairs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, briefs, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate follow-ups on key projects, ensuring timely updates and execution.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Operational Coordination
- Liaise between the Chairman, internal teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and task execution.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure priorities are aligned with company goals.
- Support in organizing company events, strategic meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Personal Assistance
- Provide personal support to the Chairman, including household, travel, and lifestyle coordination.
- Run personal errands and manage logistics efficiently.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive confidently.
