Job Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven
Business Development Officer
to drive our strategic growth and expand our patient base. We are looking for an individual with proven experience in the Nigerian healthcare or service industry who understands Lagos's market dynamics.
What You'll Do
- Market Expansion:
Identify and
pursue
new business and partnership opportunities,
evaluate market trends, and engage with potential partners.
Focusing on schools, corporate organisations, and high-net-worth clients in Ikoyi and the surrounding areas. - Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient enrollment, corporate wellness contracts, and overall clinic revenue. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with potential and existing referral sources, key stakeholders, and community leaders. - Strategy & Reporting:
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to provide strategic recommendations to the Head of Clinic. - Brand Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development initiatives with ongoing digital and offline campaigns.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record (3+ years) in Business Development or Sales, with substantial experience in the healthcare, wellness, or service sectors in Lagos/Nigeria.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent ability to build relationships
with C-level executives and corporate partners and foster business growth. - Strong analytical and numerical abilities, capable of forecasting sales targets and reporting on KPIs.
- A strategic thinker who can work independently and deliver results in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
