Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to develop innovative and stylish clothing designs that align with our brand's vision and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, color, and fabric, with the ability to translate concepts into attractive and commercially viable fashion pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques to create fresh and appealing designs.
• Sketch, illustrate, or use design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) to present new concepts.
• Develop seasonal collections based on market demand and brand direction.
• Select fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for each design concept.
• Oversee sample production and ensure finished garments meet quality and design expectations.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are achievable within budget and timelines.
• Attend fashion shows, exhibitions, and trade fairs to stay updated on current and emerging trends.
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure designs fit customer preferences.
• Maintain records of design development, materials, and production details.
• Provide creative direction during photoshoots, catalog creation, and brand presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical design skills.
• Proficiency in fashion design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Excellent sense of color, fabric, and style trends.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
