Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Oyo State, Nigeria. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, managing sales activities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing training to sales teams, supporting sales management efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales and Training to engage new clients, close deals, and develop team capabilities
  • Experience in Sales Management to oversee and optimize sales operations and strategies
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of local markets and consumer behavior in Nigeria is an advantage
