Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Lekki. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring that all inquiries or concerns are promptly addressed. The Receptionist will manage clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative support as needed. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment will be a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests, directing calls, and managing front desk operations
- Adept in Clerical Skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive organizational image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; additional administrative software knowledge is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
