• Carry out physical inspections on received materials to ensure they meet basic requirements such as specifications, types, dimensions, packages, expiry dates, etc. 


• Sort and segregate all supplied items to select the goods and reject the faulty ones, as well as sort out poor quality materials for rejection. 


• Inspect and record all required documents (waybill/delivery notes and invoices) to ensure they are in order i.e. properly written, and stamped by Access Gate Security Personnel and the Stores Department. 


• Ensure that the reports of all receipts are recorded on the waybill for onward preparation of Good Received Note (GRN), thus, going through the process of documentation and uploading of all documents on the system (ERP) to generate GRN. 


• Record all receipts and generate Good Received Notes (GRNs) in the system. 


• Liaise with the user departments to prepare the certificate of conformity to certify the accuracy of materials received. etc.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Accounting, Economics, Inventory Management, or a related field.
  • Qualities: Attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, problem-solving, and physical fitness.
  • Skills: Inventory management, data entry, communication, and time management.
