We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize production operations. This role involves strategic planning, production scheduling, quality assurance, workforce management, and operational efficiency to meet both domestic and international standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise to drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and programs to meet company requirements for automotive, industrial, and domestic goods.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality goods that comply with national and international quality standards.
  • Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory in collaboration with the Commercial Manager, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Minimize production waste to the lowest possible percentage (e.g., 2%), ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Work with the Personnel/Administrator Manager to develop and implement workforce training programs, ensuring staff skills remain up to date.
  • Periodically assess and update machine tools, spare parts, and stock levels in collaboration with the Technical Manager.
  • Oversee production processes to ensure that sprayed goods are readily available for collection and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager to ensure machinery, plants, and utilities are properly maintained, minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
  • Foster a motivated, skilled, and disciplined workforce, ensuring staff operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety, compliance with health standards, and a conducive work environment.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to production staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee engineering projects in collaboration with the Technical Manager, ensuring timely execution.
  • Report regularly on departmental activities, performance, and improvements to the Chairman/CEO.
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Chairman/CEO, including acting on behalf of the Technical Manager when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in production management.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, process optimization, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with plant machinery, equipment maintenance, and production automation.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to develop and train teams, ensuring workforce efficiency and professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs, inventory, and production targets effectively.
