Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for an On-trade Executive (HORECA). The position involves managing and expanding relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECA), growing brand presence, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, executing promotional activities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to actively identify new client opportunities and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients.
  • Negotiation and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present products, and close sales.
  • Promotional and Marketing skills to strategize and execute brand-building activities within the HORECA sector.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A working knowledge of the food and beverage industry and prior experience in HORECA sales are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve business objectives.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate has relevant experience.
