Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients and employees. This is a full-time position with potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional and friendly demeanor

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
