Job Description – Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Salary: ₦200,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare estimates, quotations, and tender documents.

  2. Interpret drawings and specifications to determine material quantities.

  3. Track budgets, costs, and variations throughout project stages.

  4. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

  5. Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

  6. Liaise with project teams for valuations and progress claims.

  7. Prepare reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account summaries.

Requirements

  1. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

  2. Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience (construction or door industry preferred).

  3. Strong understanding of door systems, hardware, and building regulations.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
