The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience and a proven track record in both digital and traditional marketing, with the ability to drive brand growth and support sales through effective marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector.Manage and grow the company's digital presence, including social media, website, and digital campaigns.Create and oversee marketing content, property campaigns, and lead generation efforts.Coordinate offline marketing activities such as signage, flyers, events, and activations.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales objectives.Supervise the sales team's marketing-related activities and ensure brand consistency.Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for visibility and growth.⁠- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3years experience in leadership capacity.Strong background in digital marketing, social media management and traditional marketing is requiredBachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.Experience in lead generation and property marketing.Creative thinker with a strong understanding of the real estate market.Qualified Applicants should send CV to Using ⁠"Marketing Manager" as the subject of the email.
