Role Overview

We are looking for a trained 
Aesthetician
 who can confidently analyze skin, guide men on the right products, and create personalized routine plans.

This role is strictly 
analysis + education
, not treatment-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform 
    skin analysis
     for walk-in and booked clients
  • Educate clients on their skin type, concerns, and care options
  • Recommend suitable skincare routines and products
  • Document each client's assessment and suggested routine
  • Support the concierge in managing flow and bookings
  • Provide warm, professional customer service
  • Stay informed on skincare trends and ingredients

Requirements

  • Certification as an 
    Aesthetician
     or Skincare Therapist
  • Good understanding of skin types, skin concerns, and product categories
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance aligned with Okunriin's premium aesthetic
  • Organized, teachable, and attentive to detail
  • Comfort working in a male-centered environment
