NowNow Dispatch is one of the fastest-growing delivery and errands platforms in South South Nigeria. We complete thousands of monthly orders across food delivery, market runs, and general errands.

We're looking for a
hands-on, detail-driven Data Analyst
who wants real responsibility, real projects, and real business impact. This is not a corporate role. This is a startup seat where your work directly affects daily decisions.

If you want to build a strong portfolio, work closely with a founder, and solve real problems, this is for you.

What you'll do:

• Build simple, clear dashboards (daily orders, revenue, rider productivity, order categories, etc.)
• Turn raw numbers into insights the team can act on immediately
• Analyse order data and show which parts of the business are profitable or losing money
• Help improve pricing for food delivery, market runs, and errands
• Track customer behaviour, repeat orders, and churn
• Spot fraud, suspicious patterns, or referral abuse
• Clean messy data and organise it into useful reports
• Set up basic tracking for our customer, vendor, and rider products

What you should already know:

• Strong Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning data)
• Ability to write basic SQL (select, join, group by)
• Able to build dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio, or any similar tool
• Comfortable analysing real-world data, not perfect datasets
• Can explain your insights in simple English
• Able to work independently and solve problems without waiting for instructions

Nice to have (Not required)

• Some experience with delivery, logistics, or e-commerce data
• Ability to spot trends, patterns, or anomalies
• Comfort working with data from WhatsApp, apps, forms, or mixed sources
• Basic knowledge of business terms: revenue, margin, order frequency
