WRKMAN – Field Sales Agent (Deal Acquisition)

Role Summary
Win new business for WRKMAN in assigned territories. You'll be on the street daily—meeting homeowners, facility managers, retailers, developers, estate managers and SMEs—to pitch WRKMAN services, generate qualified leads, close jobs, and onboard partners/providers.
What You'll Do
Prospect & pitch:
Walk markets/estates, visit shops/sites, run door-to-door and B2B pitches, book meetings/demos.
Close deals:
Convert prospects to paying jobs on the WRKMAN app; hit weekly and monthly targets.
Partner onboarding:
Identify and onboard quality service providers (plumbers, electricians, AC installers, etc.) following WRKMAN vetting steps.
Pipeline management:
Log leads, follow-ups, and closures in the app/CRM; maintain 100% data accuracy.
Territory execution:
Plan daily routes, share activity reports, distribute flyers/signage, and support local promos.
Relationship management:
Nurture estates, FM companies, telco shops, hotels, schools, retail chains and developer contacts for repeat jobs.
Market intelligence:
Report prices, competitor moves, and customer feedback to improve offers.
Brand standards & compliance:
Represent WRKMAN professionally; no off-platform deals.
What You'll Need
1–3+ years field sales/door-to-door/B2B sales experience (home services, FMCG, telco, fintech or real estate is a plus).
Strong closing skills, resilience, and comfort working with daily/weekly targets.
Smartphone literacy; able to use WRKMAN app/CRM, WhatsApp, Maps, and Google Sheets.
Excellent spoken and written communication; confident face-to-face.
SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. accepted; valid ID and familiarity with your city's neighborhoods.
Integrity and reliability—punctual, organized, and coachable.

Activity discipline: visits logged, follow-ups completed, data accuracy
Compensation
Base salary:
₦80/ month (commensurate with experience)
Commission:
20% on WRKMAN commission per job + performance bonuses
Incentives:
transport allowance, data/Airtime stipend, monthly performer awards
Tools Provided
WRKMAN app access, sales collateral (flyers, signage, pitches), branded materials.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday; field-heavy with daily visit targets. Occasional evening/weekend activations.
