Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Relationship Manager located in Warri. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, providing financial advice, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves conducting client meetings, analyzing financial statements, developing tailored financial solutions, and working closely with various departments to provide comprehensive banking services to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, client servicing, and business development
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and credit assessment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
