Role Description

The Senior Technical ERP Consultant (Oracle NetSuite) will lead the architecture, customization, integration, and optimization of Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise and high-growth clients. This role is pivotal in translating business strategy into scalable ERP architectures, ensuring end-to-end process automation across finance, supply chain, procurement, projects, CRM, and operations.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, driving ERP transformation initiatives, governing solution architecture, mentoring delivery teams, and ensuring best-in-class implementation standards, security, performance, and reliability across the NetSuite ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    8+ years
    experience in Telco/ICT environments with strong DevOps, Systems Architecture, and Engineering background.
  • Minimum of
    8+ years of ERP consulting and enterprise systems delivery experience
    , with strong hands-on expertise in
    Oracle NetSuite
    .
  • Proven track record leading
    large-scale ERP implementations
    , multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and complex enterprise deployments.
  • Deep technical proficiency in
    SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk (APIs)
    , and NetSuite advanced modules.
  • Strong experience integrating NetSuite with
    external systems (CRM, billing, payment, BI, middleware, and industry platforms)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    enterprise architecture, solution governance, digital transformation frameworks, and business process re-engineering
    .
  • Strong data architecture, migration, and reporting/analytics experience.
  • Exposure to
    Telco/ICT environments
    and high-volume transaction systems is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional delivery, stakeholder management, and technical mentorship.
  • Excellent problem-solving, systems thinking, and documentation skills.

  • Experience supporting ERP in
    high-availability, mission-critical environments
    .
  • Familiarity with
    API-led integration architectures, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
    , and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Exposure to
    regulatory, financial controls, audit, and compliance requirements
    in large organizations.
  • Experience working with
    distributed delivery teams across multiple countries
