We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee and drive operational excellence across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Supervise end-to-end operations including loan processing, deposits, cash management, and related financial activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire the operations team to deliver high performance and maintain a positive work culture.
- Quality & Compliance: Implement strong quality control and compliance measures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational metrics to identify gaps, improve systems, and optimize productivity.
- Budget Oversight: Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
- Project & Process Improvement: Lead strategic initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and reduce costs.
- Audit Coordination: Oversee audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and process management skills.
