The role

The Lead Designer guides the full design process for bathrooms and other interior spaces, from early concepts to final installation. The work involves research, drawing, modeling, material selection, and supporting the team on and off site.

What you will do

  • Lead a small team of architects in developing clear, functional, well-balanced designs
  • Create mood boards, layouts, and visuals for client presentations
  • Produce 2D drawings and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp
  • Join client meetings and help shape design direction
  • Research and recommend tiles, fixtures, fittings, and finishes
  • Work closely with the installation team to guide execution
  • Visit sites to confirm alignment, quality, and design accuracy

What you will need

  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of interior design experience (internships included)
  • A strong eye for detail and interest in high quality finishes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a steady approach to problem solving

Compensation and work structure

  • ₦400,000 monthly take home salary
  • ₦40,000 monthly transport allowance
  • ₦10,000 monthly mobile data allowance
  • Up to 3 days a week in the office or at client sites
  • Regular site visits to oversee design implementation
