About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business, Wealth Management to drive the strategic growth and profitability of its Asset Management division.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales strategy, client acquisition, investment mobilization, and overall business performance across the Group's investment and wealth management portfolios.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the Group's wealth management and sales teams.


• Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable growth.


• Oversee investment mobilization and portfolio expansion.


• Drive product innovation and market penetration.


• Represent the company in client, stakeholder, and industry engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in Asset or Wealth Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.


• Proven track record in investment mobilization, business growth, and relationship management.


• Excellent understanding of financial markets and regulatory environment.


• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (CFA, MBA, or similar certification added advantage).
