  • The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales for the company's makeup and beauty products.
  • The ideal candidate is expected to be creative, data-driven, and passionate about beauty trends, social media, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels (social media, website, email, and paid ads).
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, test, and optimize digital campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor competitors and beauty industry trends to identify marketing opportunities.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Engage followers through interactive and trend-based content (polls, reels, tutorials, influencer collaborations).
  • Track analytics and report on social media performance metrics.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content creator and creative team to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
  • Write or edit engaging copy for social media, ads, and newsletters.
  • Optimize content for SEO to drive website traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all digital touchpoints.

Influencer and Affiliate Marketing:

  • Identify and partner with beauty influencers and content creators to promote products authentically.
  • Manage influencer campaigns, contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with digital communities and brand ambassadors.

Email and CRM Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote new products.
  • Manage the customer database and segment audiences for personalized communications.
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversion data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience.

Salary

N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
