Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing feedback, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to actively listen, empathize, and adapt to varied customer needs
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
