Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for logistics, and cargo services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.3.Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Work with operations and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.5.Provide feedback to improve services and enhance customer experience.Requirements1)Education: Bachelor's degree, HND, ND, or NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2)Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing within logistics or cargo industry.3) Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong market knowledge and analytical ability. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.4) Personal Qualities: Results-driven and target-oriented. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to travel.
