Overview: Chigisoft is seeking a dynamic and charismatic professional to serve as our Head, Growth and Partner Success. This individual will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and building relationships that convert into successful deals. Acting as the face of Chigisoft in Nigeria, this role requires someone who can confidently represent our company at conferences, industry events, and other high -profile engagements. You are a marketing and sales whizz Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for Chigisoft's products and services. 2. Brand Representation: Serve as the primary representative of Chigisoft in Nigeria, ensuring the brand is well -positioned and recognized. Establish yourself as a thought leader in the tech industry by participating in panels, delivering presentations, and contributing to public discussions. 3. Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for leads generated through events and other channels. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders. 4. Deal Closing: Work collaboratively with the internal sales and technical teams to close deals and onboard new clients. Develop and execute strategies to turn leads into long -term partnerships. 5. Strategic Outreach: Represent Chigisoft's mission and vision to external audiences, showcasing our commitment to delivering innovative tech solutions. Identify market trends and opportunities to align our offerings with client needs. Key Attributes: Charismatic and approachable—someone who naturally builds trust and rapport. Up to ₦300,000 base + up to ₦2,000,000 in commissions + bonuses (KPIs apply). Location: Hybrid Start date: January - March 2025. Proven experience in TECH business development, sales, or client -facing roles. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage audiences. 4. Established network in Nigeria's business and tech ecosystem. 5. Self -motivated, with a proactive approach to relationship building and lead generation. 6. Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn Chigisoft's products and services. 7. Experience in deal negotiation and closing is a NON -NEGOTIABLE plus. 8.
