Description

Service Excellence

• Deliver expert hair services—cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Offer professional skincare and facial services.
• Perform manicures and pedicures with precision and hygiene.
• Consult clients and recommend personalized services and products.
• Maintain consistently high standards in all client interactions.

Salon Floor Leadership

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff schedules, client bookings, and workstation readiness.
• Support junior stylists and assistants to maintain workflow and quality.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and brand service standards are met.
• Assist management with inventory, product tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate client feedback or operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional cosmetology experience, including hairstyling and skincare.
• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience supervising a salon floor or coordinating small teams preferred.
• Strong skills in hair, nail, and skincare services.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to client satisfaction and luxury brand standards.
• Based in Akure or willing to relocate.
