We are a retail fashion brand looking for a creative and organized E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online presence. If you're passionate about fashion, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Upload and update all products weekly (descriptions, prices, images, stock levels).
- Ensure the website reflects current in-store inventory (collaborate with the store's Inventory Officer).
- Offer support when needed for physical/store inventory.
- Monitor and process online orders promptly.
- Respond to online enquiries (email, website chat, WhatsApp).
- Track website traffic, sales, and customer feedback weekly.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to promote new arrivals online.

Requirements:

- BSc/HND in any related field
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
