The Private Family Chef is responsible for preparing daily meals, planning menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring a clean, efficient, and well-stocked cooking environment. The role demands culinary expertise, nutritional awareness, creativity, and the ability to adjust meals based on family routines, health needs, cultural preferences, and dietary restrictions. • Create dishes that balance nutrition, taste, and presentation.

  • Ensure children's meals are age-appropriate, fun, and nutritious.

Menu Planning & Grocery Management

  • Plan weekly or monthly menus based on family needs and schedules.
  • Manage grocery shopping, stock inventory, and coordinate ingredient restocking.

  • Offer plated service, buffet-style presentation, or family-style dining depending on preference.
  • Collaborate with the Household Manager for hosting, table settings, and event planning.

Nutrition & Wellness Support

  • Prepare postpartum meals, immunity-boosting dishes, and recovery-focused recipes.
  • Create kid-friendly lunchboxes, snacks, and healthy alternatives to processed foods.
  • Align meals with family health goals, allergies, and lifestyle choices.

  • Adapt meals for infants, toddlers, school-age children, or elderly adults when required.
  • Coordinate meal schedules with nannies, household managers, and family assistants.
