Role Description

This is a 3-month contract role (with possible extension) for a Partnerships & Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify and establish strategic partnerships, develop business initiatives, and nurture relationships that drive growth.

Responsibilities include creating proposals, managing negotiations, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to identify opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to optimize strategies and contribute to the growth of Tripmize.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how partnerships work in the travel or aviation sector, can communicate confidently with executives, and thrives on turning ideas into results.

Qualifications

  • Partnership Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.

  • Strategic Planning and Market Research expertise

  • Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Contract Management experience

  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities.

  • Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Self-starter mindset; able to represent a growing brand professionally.

  • Comfortable meeting clients and visiting offices around Lagos.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
