We seek a graduate trainee on our team who will contribute to real engineering projects that support our mission of excellence and innovation.

Job Summary:

As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo structured training, hands-on field exposure, project assignments, and mentorship from industry experts. You will work across key operational units and contribute to real engineering projects that support our mission of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Participate in on-the-job training across various engineering and operational units.


• Support daily operations in mechanical, chemical, petroleum or civil engineering functions, depending on your discipline.


• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for process improvement.


• Contribute to equipment inspections, maintenance planning, and operational troubleshooting.


• Participate in safety drills, HSE briefings, and compliance activities.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects and performance optimisation initiatives.


• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required.


• Demonstrate commitment to learning, professional growth, and meeting program objectives

Qualifications:

Education
: Bachelor's degree (B.Eng/B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related fields. Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (or equivalent) with an NYSC completion certificate (or exemption, where applicable).

Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office; Basic understanding of engineering principles, Oil and Gas operations, and Safety standards.

Communication
: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Problem-Solving
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of curiosity, self-drive, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
