— starting with skincare. Our AI scans your skin, understands it like a dermatologist, and matches you with products that truly work for you. Making skincare personal totally disrupting the process of going to e-commerce websites and endlessly scroll before you purchase a product

We're gearing up for launch, and to make our story as powerful visually as it is technologically, we need a
Brand Designer who's fluent in illustration and motion design
— someone ready to create work that stops people mid-scroll, sparks curiosity, and makes Oyster unforgettable.

What You'll Do (Your Mission):

  • Develop
    brand visuals
    across digital channels (social media, email marketing, ads, landing pages).
  • Illustrate
    original, on-brand artwork that brings Oyster's AI and skincare storytelling to life.
  • Create
    motion graphics & animations
    (for Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and in-app experiences).
  • Translate product features into
    simple, beautiful visuals
    that make complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships to ensure all visuals are aligned and impactful.
  • Support launch campaigns with
    creative assets that can be repurposed
    for our multi-market approach.
  • Maintain
    brand consistency
    while pushing boundaries to keep our look fresh, modern, and trend-aware.

Compensation-
N350,000 - N500,000

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in
    graphic design + illustration
    (portfolio required).
  • Motion design expertise (After Effects, Blender, Figma animation, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of
    storytelling through visuals
    — you design for emotion, not just aesthetics.
  • Ability to
    work fast and iterate quickly
    — we're a startup, speed with clarity is key.
  • Understanding of how to adapt visuals for
    multiple platforms and formats
    .
  • A collaborative spirit, but also self-driven — we love Oystars who take ownership.

Location:
Remote-friendly, but Lagos preferred for in-person synergy.
