Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Sales Professional located in Lagos. The Banking Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and promoting the company's financial and energy-related products and services. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, creating tailored sales strategies, preparing presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires consistent engagement to meet sales targets and expand the company's client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, customer relationship management, and account management expertise
  • Proficiency in financial products and banking-related services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the banking, financial, or energy sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
