Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Lagos, is for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include selling insurance products, providing customer service, assisting with insurance brokerage, and advising customers on health insurance options. The specialist will develop and maintain client relationships, process payments, and ensure regulatory compliance while working closely with other team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Insurance Brokerage
  • Familiarity with Health Insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lagos
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields or relevant experience
