Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Front Desk Officer to manage reception duties, provide excellent customer service, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-spoken, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors, parents, clients, and guests.
- Handle phone calls, messages, emails, and enquiries politely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage attendance registers, appointment schedules, and visitor logs.
- Provide accurate information about the company's services, programs, and activities.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Ensure proper communication between departments.
- Follow all staff policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND/BSc is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage.
- Must be neat, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good customer service attitude.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and well-behaved.
